1. Product Description

Sludge AI is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that offers AI-powered video editing and automation tools for short-form content creators. Our services are delivered through a web app, as well as bots available on Telegram and Discord. Users can:
  • Automatically generate short-form videos from text prompts
  • Edit and download video content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
  • Access pre-built video templates and caption automations
  • Streamline content creation for faceless or theme-based pages
No physical goods are sold. All services are digital and delivered immediately upon subscription.
2. Purchase Currency
All transactions on Sludge AI are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices are clearly displayed in USD throughout our website and apps.
3. Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including:

  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Discover
Payments are securely processed using PCI-compliant systems.
4. Refund Policy
Customers are eligible for a full refund on their subscription only if no video content has been generated during the current billing cycle.
Once a user generates any video content during the billing term, they are no longer eligible for a refund for that period.
If eligible, refund requests can be made by contacting support (details below). Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
5. Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by the customer via the billing settings in the web app or by contacting our support team.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No additional charges will occur after cancellation.
  • Users will retain access to premium features until the subscription term ends.
6. Delivery Policy
As a digital service, access to Sludge AI is granted immediately after successful payment. There are no shipping or physical deliveries associated with this service.
7. Return Policy
Returns are not applicable to digital services. Refunds are only granted under the conditions described in the Refund Policy section.

9. Legal Restrictions
Sludge AI is intended for lawful use only. Users may not use our services to generate content that violates intellectual property laws, promotes hate speech, or breaks the terms of service of third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms.

11. Promotions and Trials
If we offer promotional discounts or free trials:
